Extended Day Program
Welcome to Extended Day 2026-2027!
NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS - Extended Day 2026-2027 registration will be available for Monthly Registrations only from August 1-16. Individual Registration days will open on August 17th.
This is to ensure availability for families who rely on Ext Day on a regular basis and to provide safe, consistent staffing ratio's.

NEW FAMILIES ONLY - There is a one-time $50.00 New Family Registration Fee that must be paid before anyone can attend Extended Day. You can add when registering for Extended Day. All registration paperwork must be emailed to extendedday139@gmail.com before attending.
AM DROP-OFF - Ring the doorbell on the door. Please give our staff a moment to get down the hall to the door.
PM PICK-UP - Call the classroom phone: (203)261-8705 - When you arrive to pick-up your child please call. YOU MUST COME TO THE DOOR TO GET YOUR CHILD.
Half Days are not included in your monthly payment! You need to register for them separately.
Snow Days, Delays & Early Dismissals
Snow Days - On days when school is closed Extended Day is closed.
Delays - On late opening mornings, Extended Day will run on a sliding schedule. I.e. if there is an hour and a half delay and school begins at 10:25am, Extended Day begins at 8:30am.
Early Dismissal - Early dismissals due to inclement weather, Extended Day will not be open. Please be sure to have an alternate dismissal plan for your child.
Additional Important Program Information:
- Must give the Director 48 hours notice for approved drop-offs. These are only available for children in the program and are not guaranteed.
- Drop-in rates are $25 (1st child) & $20 (2nd child + up) for mornings and $32 (1st child) & $27 (2nd child + up) for afternoons. Min Day rates are single days $50 per student, no 2nd child + discount.
- Children in the afternoon program must be entered into the school dismissal manager.
