6-WEEK FIELD HOCKEY CLINIC FOR GIRLS. This clinic will include 30 minutes of practice and learning the key fundamentals of Field Hockey and 30 minutes of competitive scrimmaging.This clinic will be coached by Easton resident and mom of two, Stefanie Fiondella whose background in field hockey includes, playing for Norwalk High School (varsity for 3 years, receiving Honorable Mention), co-founded and played on the Club Field Hockey Team at UCONN, and after graduating playing for the North East Field Hockey Association in New York and coaching the freshmen team at Norwalk High School and currently playing indoor Field Hockey at the NYA Adult Field Hockey League in Newtown.Sticks and balls will be provided, please note that if sticks are too short, we recommend you purchase your own. We will also provide jerseys, which the girls can keep. If you are having someone other than yourself pick-up your child, please contact Ext. Day and give the person’s name. They will be asked for ID upon arrival.  **Please note, our drop off/pick up system may change depending on current restrictions, we will keep you informed.· Bathroom use will be limited to, 2 children at a time.· If school should shut down, you will receive a credit on account for any unused, paid for days.· We will not be having any special guests this school year.New and Returning Families: Please review your online information! 3:50 PM - 4:50 PM    Martial Arts/Karate - Martial Arts Session 1
This session is cancelled.This 6 week program will help your children develop many skills, such as discipline, focus and concentration.  It’s proven that children who practice martial arts do better at school, home, and are more physically fit.  The program will include karate, tae-kwon do aikido, ju-jitsu, and other various systems of self-defense.  The course will also include bully-busting and stranger danger. Students will also have the opportunity to achieve certain belts throughout the program.   This will be a continuous program throughout the entire school year and students will test for belt advancement throughout the program. Flag Football is the perfect introduction to “America’s Game.” Students learn skills on both sides of the football including the core components of passing, catching, and defense – all presented in a fun and positive environment. This clinic will include 30 minutes of practice and learning the key fundamentals of Field Hockey and 30 minutes of competitive scrimmaging.This clinic will be coached by Easton resident and mom of two, Stefanie Fiondella whose background in field hockey includes, playing for Norwalk High School (varsity for 3 years, receiving Honorable Mention), co-founded and played on the Club Field Hockey Team at UCONN, and after graduating playing for the North East Field Hockey Association in New York and coaching the freshmen team at Norwalk High School and currently playing indoor Field Hockey at the NYA Adult Field Hockey League in Newtown.Sticks and balls will be provided, please note that if sticks are too short, we recommend you purchase your own. We will also provide jerseys, which the girls can keep. Drive-In Movie Night / Easton’s 175th Anniversary!Join us for a fun night at the Drive-in!  Our Feature Film is Beetlejuice!Date: Friday, October 16th Location: SSES-Samuel Staples Elementary School Front Parking Lot (515 Morehouse Road).  We have room for 60-65 cars to have a good view, spots are first come first serve, registration is not necessary.  Cars will be parked 6ft+ apart.Time: Parking lot opens at 7:15pm, movie starts approx. 7:45pm.Donations are welcome that evening (ex: $5/pp, $10/car, $20/van) and will be going to the United Way. 6-WEEK FIELD HOCKEY CLINIC FOR GIRLS. This clinic will include 30 minutes of practice and learning the key fundamentals of Field Hockey and 30 minutes of competitive scrimmaging.This clinic will be coached by Easton resident and mom of two, Stefanie Fiondella whose background in field hockey includes, playing for Norwalk High School (varsity for 3 years, receiving Honorable Mention), co-founded and played on the Club Field Hockey Team at UCONN, and after graduating playing for the North East Field Hockey Association in New York and coaching the freshmen team at Norwalk High School and currently playing indoor Field Hockey at the NYA Adult Field Hockey League in Newtown.Sticks and balls will be provided, please note that if sticks are too short, we recommend you purchase your own. We will also provide jerseys, which the girls can keep. Students will also have the opportunity to achieve certain belts throughout the program.   This will be a continuous program throughout the entire school year and students will test for belt advancement throughout the program.
