Tennis Indoor: Youth

Indoor Tennis

Beginner/Advanced Beginner
Focus is on forehand, backhand, volley, and serves with drills and fun games to develop skills. Portable nets will be used. Minimum of 3, maximum of 5 per net, 10 per clinic

Students must bring their own racquet's and water bottle.

WINTER INDOOR TENNIS - THURSDAYS - All session are 5-weeks
If school has an early dismissal or if there is no school, class does not run.

Session 1: Thurs, Nov 5 - Dec 17 (no class on Nov 19) 
Session 2: Thurs, Jan 14 - Feb 11 (no class on Feb 18)
Session 3: Thurs, Mar 4 - Apr 1
If needed, make-up classes will be held at the end of the session.

Times: 3:50 - 4:20 PM, Grades K-1          Fee: $115/per session
*Times: 4:30pm - 5:30 PM, Grades 2-4    Fee: $160/per session

Pick-up and drop-off - at the end of the Kindergarten hallway around the back of the building. 

*Please note, children attending the 4:30pm session cannot wait unattended, they must be with a parent or guardian. You can register your child for the Ext Day Program (must give a weeks notice) from 3:45pm-4:30pm at a discounted rate of $12.00 per day, please contact the office at (203) 268-7200 for further details. They are not able to return to Ext Day after Tennis, unless you registered for the full day of Ext Day.

PICK-UP INFO

  • Please update dismissal manager to the Park & Rec activity. We can't accept children into the program who are not listed as the Park & Rec activity in dismissal manager.
  • Children in the 3:50pm will be dismissed to the large gym to meet their instructor for dismissal. Attendance will be taken as they arrive.
  • For the 4:30pm class, please enter through the back kindergarten hallway, when the earlier class is being dismissed.
  • PICK-UP IS AT THE BACK ENTRANCE OF THE KINDERGARTEN GRADE HALLWAY. Notification is needed if anyone other than those listed on the registration form will be picking up your child. Please note, proper ID must be presented.
  • Late Policy - We ask that parents make every effort to pick up their child/children on time. Any child who is picked up after the program concludes is considered a “late pick-up” and will be charged a fee, $10 for every 15 minutes starting at the time the program ends. This charge will be automatically charged to your account, with an email notifying you of the charge. If you are running late or need to reach the class, please call our Ext Day room at (203)261-8705.
