Through movement & meditation, your middle schooler will receive the physical, mental & emotional support that is needed during the often challenging tween & teen years. Yoga is an amazing alternative to tuning out electronic devices. It will teach them ways to tune in. Bonus benefit: by helping build concentration & self-esteem, Yoga has been know to improve academic outcomes. Mats provided but feel free to bring your own. Namaste : )
