ARTasana... A creative exploration of breath, movement and stillness.  
Through movement & meditation, your middle schooler will receive the physical, mental & emotional support that is needed during the often challenging tween & teen years.  Yoga is an amazing alternative to tuning out electronic devices.  It will teach them ways to tune in.  Bonus benefit: by helping build concentration & self-esteem, Yoga has been known to improve academic outcomes.   Mats provided but feel free to bring your own. Middle School/Parent with Kristin
Dates: Fridays, 4/26 – 5/31 (6 weeks)       
Location: TEAC  
Time: 3:15pm-4:00pm  
Ages: 11 to adult (Tween/Teen &/or Parent)
Fee: $115  
Bus# 7 will take children from HKMS to TEAC (Must text Keri at number below if using this service)

Elementary School/Parent with Kristin - NO BUS SERVICES TO TEAC

Dates: Tuesdays, 4/23 – 5/28 (6 weeks)       
Location: TEAC  
Time: 2:15pm-3:00pm  
Ages: 2-5 
Fee: $115
