Winter - Tasty Travels - Our students will explore the vibrant flavors of global cuisines, including Japanese, Caribbean, Italian, Mexican, Brazilian, Jamaican, Taiwanese, and more.
Spring - Superhero Superfoods - Our young chefs-in-training will whip up superhero-worthy dishes packed with delicious, nutritious superfoods! From vitamins to antioxidants to protein powerhouses, kids will discover ingredients that fuel their bodies for peak performance. Through hands-on cooking, they’ll master kitchen safety and fundamental techniques like peeling, breading, blending, melting, slicing, dicing, and chopping. Favorite recipes like berry crumble, stuffed mushrooms, veggie tots, veggie pizza, and more make every class a tasty adventure, inspiring kids to create healthy meals that make them feel like real-life superheroes! Please list any allergies when you register.
Foundational cooking skills will be taught, including proper techniques for baking, measuring, mixing, slicing, dicing, and, of course, kitchen safety! We hope to see you in the kitchen soon. Run by iCook After-School, for more info you can go to their website at www.icookafterschool.com.

Spring Dates: Thursdays, 4/23 - 5/28, 6-weeks
Any make-ups will be added to the end of the session.

PICK-UP INFO
- Please update dismissal manager to the Park & Rec activity. We can't accept children into the program who are not listed as the Park & Rec activity in dismissal manager.
- Children will be dismissed at 3:40pm to the FOYER to meet their instructor where attendance will be taken. Please let your child know where they are to meet their instructor.
- PICK UP IS AT THE FRONT SILO DOORS OF THE BUILDING. Notification is needed if anyone other than those listed on the registration form will be picking up your child. Please note, proper ID must be presented.
- Late Policy - If you are running late or need to reach the class, please call our Ext Day room at (203)261-8705. We ask that parents make every effort to pick up their child/children on time. Any child who is picked up after the program concludes is considered a “late pick-up” and will be charged a fee, $10 for every 15 minutes starting at the time the program ends. This charge will be automatically charged to your account, with an email notifying you of the charge.
