Winter – Winter Wonder Lab! Join us for a frosty, fun, and electrifying science experience like no other! Step into a world of icy wonders and experience winter in a whole new scientific way! From frosty fun to shocking surprises, this after-school science club is packed with cool experiments you won’t want to miss!
Here’s what’s in store: Create snow that magically comes alive and never melts! Watch mysterious dry ice fog roll in and giant dry ice bubbles float and pop! Simulate a winter storm and create an arctic whirlwind blast! Make shadows glow on our “magical” glowing wall! Feel the shock as the Van de Graaff Generator makes sparks fly and your hair stand on end!
Spring - Reactions and Explosions Lab! Warning: May Cause Extreme Excitement! BOOM! BANG! FIZZ! Get ready for the wildest afterschool program ever—where science goes crazy in the best way possible! We’re talking: Erupting volcanoes Engine Powered Rocket launch Sky-high soda geysers Dry ice comets from “outer space” BOOM-worthy chemical reactions! Real lightning-like sparks from a Tesla Coil! You’ll mix, bubble, pop, fizz, and blast your way through experiments that are messy, loud, and SO MUCH FUN! Laugh, learn, and blow your mind (not literally!) with science that sizzles! Goggles on. Hands in. Let’s get explosive!

Spring Session: Mondays, April 20 – June 1, 6-weeks, (No class on 5/25)
Any make-ups will be added to the end of the session.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please update dismissal manager to the Park & Rec activity. We can't accept children into the program who are not listed as the Park & Rec activity in dismissal manager.
- Children will be dismissed to the END OF MAIN STREET HALLWAY (by the gyms) to meet their instructor. Attendance will be taken and children will start class. Please let your child know where they are to meet their instructor.
- PICK UP IS IN THE BACK OF THE SCHOOL AT THE KINDERGARTEN HALLWAY DOORS. Notification is needed if anyone other than those listed on the registration form will be picking up your child. Please note, proper ID must be presented.
- Late Policy - If you are running late or need to reach the class, please call our Ext Day room at (203)261-8705. We ask that parents make every effort to pick up their child/children on time. Any child who is picked up after the program concludes is considered a “late pick-up” and will be charged a fee, $10 for every 15 minutes starting at the time the program ends. This charge will be automatically charged to your account, with an email notifying you of the charge.
