Chinese Immersion Summer Camp

In this weekly summer camp, students will learn to speak Chinese when working on fun projects, learning to sing songs, and playing games. The class is mainly taught in Chinese to create an immersive language environment for all. In an informal and relaxing environment, students are encouraged to express their thoughts and emotions in Chinese. Prior Chinese language experience is NOT required.

Instructor: Miss Guo is a fun and experienced teacher. She has been teaching young children Mandarin at Norwalk Community College for three years. Before moving to the US, she was a high school teacher for 10 years in China. Miss Guo has rich experiences in creating a healthy and happy language learning environment for children. By connecting Chinese learning with children's everyday life, she cultivates their love for the Chinese language and Chinese culture.
