Players learn basic strokes (i.e., groundstrokes, volleys, serves, and dinks), strategy (transition zone), and the game rules and scoring. More advanced players focus on placement and strategy. Players also enjoy match play in this friendly setup. Players should wear tennis or court shoes and bring their own paddle and water bottle (the instructor may have paddles to borrow). Beginner/Adv Beginner Pickleball - Beg/Adv Beg: ‘Pickle curious’ still learning strokes, rules, and scorekeeping.
Dates: Fridays, May 1 – June 5 (no class on 5/15)
