Seniors Playing Pickleball 2
Advanced players will focus a little bit more on placement and strategy. The lesson will focus on teaching basic strokes and the game's rules. Eventually, players can play match play in this friendly setup. This is a great way to keep active and exercise while having fun. Players should wear tennis or court shoes. Bring your own paddle and water bottle. Taught by Fairfield County Tennis.
