The Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from ASHI and MEDIC First Aid gives young people everything they need to know for safe and successful babysitting. From getting started with their business, relating with parents and children, key safety, care giving, and first aid tips. The magazine-format CABS guide and video makes learning fun. The students will also practice on realistic looking dolls to learn safe handling and diaper changing. Attendees will leave with the skills of choking assistance, basic first aid and CPR and a 2 Year Certification from HSI.
