Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is fun, social group fitness class with a tennis twist. You will get the opportunity to practice your tennis skills and at the same time workout. Class run by Fairfield County Tennis. Bring own racquet or racquets available for sale by instructor.

Low Intermediate/Intermediate
Dates: Fridays, 9/12 - 10/17 (no class on 10/10)
Time: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Ages: 18+
Fee: $190/per session
Location: Sport Hill Road Courts
Any make-up classes will be added to the end of the session.

Non-residents pay an additional 10% per session, per participant.
