Students will learn fundamental methods of drawing and painting from life using live models and still life. Students will work in a variety of mediums: charcoal, watercolors, colored pencils and pastels. Get ready to see your child’s work come to life as they build upon their foundation, learn from trial and error, and watch them break out of their comfort zones as they try new techniques. Have your child join us after school at TEAC (The Easton Arts Center) for OPEN STUDIO. They will have the freedom to use their creative license with some guided instruction. We will touch upon fine art, mixed media, etc. Please dress for a mess! All session are 6 weeks. Youth indoor tennis lessons at Samuel Staples Elementary School late fall, winter & spring this year. Classes will focus on teaching basic strokes along with playing lots of games. This is for beginners/advanced beginners. Portable nets will be used and classes will be taught by certified instructors. Students must bring their own racquet's and water bottle.FALL & WINTER INDOOR TENNIS - THURSDAYS If school has an early dismissal or if there is no school, class does not run.Fall: Thursdays, Nov 7 - Dec 19, (no class on 11/21 & 11/28), 5-weeksWinter: Thursdays, Jan 16 - Feb 13, 5-weeksLate Winter: Thursdays, Mar 6 - April 3, 5-weeksIf needed, make-up classes will be held at the end of the session.Times: 3:50 - 4:20 PM, Grades K-1, Fee: $95/per session*Times: 4:30pm - 5:30 PM, Grades 2-4, Fee: $150/per sessionPick up and drop off is at the end of the Kindergarten hallway around the back of the building.
