Pickleball Lessons (Fall) - CO-ED Adult - Pickleball - Beginner/Adv. Beg.

Pickleball Lessons (Fall) - CO-ED Adult - Pickleball - Beginner/Adv. Beg.
Players learn basic strokes (i.e., groundstrokes, volleys, serves, and dinks), strategy (transition zone), and the game rules and scoring. More advanced players focus on placement and strategy. Players also enjoy match play in this friendly setup. Players should wear tennis or court shoes and bring their own paddle and water bottle (the instructor may have paddles to borrow). Taught by Fairfield County Tennis.Beginner/Adv Beginner Pickleball: ‘Pickle curious’ still learning strokes, rules, and scorekeeping. Classes will focus on teaching basic strokes along with playing lots of games. This is for beginners/advanced beginners. Classes will be taught by certified instructors with a ratio of 5 students to 1 instructor. ~ Students must bring their own racquet's & water bottles.~ We do not offer transportation from SSES to the courts.~ Weather Emails - You will receive an email from Easton P&R if class is cancelled due to weather (check your spam). Adult Cardio Point Play (Fall) - with Fairfield County Tennis - Adult Cardio Point Play
Cardio Tennis is fun, social group fitness class with a tennis twist. You will get the opportunity to practice your tennis skills and at the same time workout. Point Play: Point play develops skills and strategies for effective baseline and net play. Drills consist of 3 teams of 2 players playing out baseline points, then moving to the net for volleys and overheads.Low Intermediate/IntermediateDates: Fridays, 9/11 - 10/2, 4-weeks (weather make-up would be on 10/16)Time: 6:00pm-7:30pmAges: 18+Fee: $190/per sessionLocation: Sport Hill Road CourtsAny make-up classes will be added to the end of the session.Min 3/Max 6 playersNon-residents pay an additional 10% per session, per participant.
