Group Guitar Lessons Instructor: GlennStudents will need a guitar to participate. Please reach out to Keri (203)393-5597 if you need guidance on purchase/rental. -Students will learn to read the notes on the treble clef and how those apply on the guitar at a beginner level. -Students will learn to play and sight read the notes across all six strings from the open position up to the 3rd fret. -Students will learn to identify the rhythm of individual notes, rests and simple chords and how to “count” the rhythms and beats. -Students will learn simple but popular strumming patterns for chords and picking patterns for individual notes. Group Guitar Lessons Instructor: GlennStudents will need a guitar to participate. Please reach out to Keri (203)393-5597 if you need guidance on purchase/rental. -Students will learn to read the notes on the treble clef and how those apply on the guitar at a beginner level. -Students will learn to play and sight read the notes across all six strings from the open position up to the 3rd fret. -Students will learn to identify the rhythm of individual notes, rests and simple chords and how to “count” the rhythms and beats. -Students will learn simple but popular strumming patterns for chords and picking patterns for individual notes.
