EASTONREC.COM – MYREC WEBSITE UPDATES – 9/30/26

MYREC, the company that manages our website, has changed payment gateway providers and has made several updates to our website. Please see below for information about some of the new features.

Google Pay & Apple Pay
We now accept Google Pay and Apple Pay (Digital Wallet) as payment options. Same credit/debit card fees apply (2.95%).

ACH Payments
Beginning in approximately one week, we will accept ACH payments (e-checks) of up to $2,400 per transaction.
• There is a 1.5% fee plus $0.50 per payment. 
• A $0.30 authorization fee will be charged when your bank account is verified. 
• If you use multiple bank accounts, the $0.30 authorization fee will apply to each account. 
• Once your bank account(s) have been authorized, you can save the information in your account for future payments. 
• A $25 fee will be charged for insufficient funds or returned payments. 

We will continue to accept checks in the office for processing with no additional fee.

Payment Plans
We can now offer payment plans through your online account. You must have a valid credit card saved to your account.

This allows you to register for multiple months of Extended Day at once while having your credit card charged automatically on a specific day each month. You do not need to pay for all months upfront, and your child's spot will be secured for each month.

Saved Credit Cards
Any credit cards that were previously saved in the system (on or before 9/29/26) will need to be re-entered and saved again due to the website update.

Previous Registrations
Due to the switching of gateway providers, we are unable to refund registrations made on or before 9/29/26. If a refund is needed for a previous registration we can either:
• Apply a credit to your account, or 
• Issue a manual check from Town Hall.
