Welcome to Extended Day 2024-2025!!

BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR EXTENDED DAY - PLEASE READ!
WE ASK THAT YOU READ OUR MANUAL. There is important information that you need to know about the program in regards to registration, snow days, no switching days, no refund/credits, 2-weeks email/written notice to change schedule or cancel from program.

Extended Day closes at 5:00PM on the following days: 11/22, 11/27, 12/20, 2/14, 4/11 & 6/13 (last day of school, subject to change). PLEASE WRITE THEM DOWN! 

NEW FAMILIES ONLY - There is a $50.00 New Family Registration Fee that must be paid before anyone can attend Extended Day. You can add when registering for Extended Day. 

~ Extended Day classroom phone: (203)261-8705 - When you arrive to pick up your child please call or during program hours if you need to speak with someone.

~ Ext Day VM: (203)650-3297 - For changes to your child's schedule, cancellations, drop-ins or if absent from the program that day.  

~ Extended Day Email - Same day drop-ins - extendedday139@gmail.com no later than 2:00pm.

~ Extended Day is located in room# 139 in the Kindergarten hallway.

Minimum Days are not included in your monthly payment! You must register for these days separately online. Please note, there are no call-in's via the voice mail line for minimum days and there is an extra fee for not letting us know your child is attending the Min Day.

~ SNOW CLOSURE/DELAY/EARLY DISMISSAL INFO - On days when school is closed, Extended Day is closed. Early dismissals due to inclement weather, Extended Day will close, please be sure to have an alternate dismissal plan for your child. On late opening mornings, Extended Day will run on a sliding schedule. Exp - if there is an hour and a half delay, Extended Day begins at 8:30am. 

Additional Important Program Information:
  • Give the site supervisor as much notice as possible for unscheduled drop-offs. These are only available for children in the program and are not guaranteed.
  • Drop-in rates are $20 (1st child) & $15 (2nd child + up) for mornings and $25 (1st child) & $20 (2nd child + up) for afternoons
  • Children in the afternoon program must be entered into the school dismissal manager.
